Our artisan pizzas are cooked in a portable brick oven next to a wood burning fire, giving our pizzas a true rustic flavor.
We have experimented with many ingredient combinations and the results are delicious! We take great pride in our product and cooking process. This starts with freshly made dough using "00" pizza flour. We use Italian tomatoes and the best mozzarella. These combinations come true in a wood fired brick oven powered completely by finest hard woods. The pizzas are cooked in just 90-120 seconds while our oven reaches 800 degree temperatures. This is the way pizza was intended to be made. WE LOVE THE TRADITION!
Typically we will offer about five to seven pizza choices at public events and can customize additional request for catered events.
